Poblanos was established in 2026 in Holladay Utah, but it's roots go back much further than that. Poblanos founder, Rafael Munoz Sr, started his first full service family restaurant "Los 5 Amigos" in Richfield Utah back in 2008. The Munoz family saw great success in Richfield, with Los 5 Amigos becoming a Sevier County staple. As Rafael’s children grew up and started their own paths, he and his wife, who had been by his side through it all, set their sights on new and greater opportunities. Rafael sold Los 5 Amigos in 2022, and set his sights on his long term goal of opening a counter service restaurant in Salt Lake County. Four years later, Poblanos is here in Holladay, Utah, and we’re thankful for the warm welcome and support from our amazing community. We look forward to serving this community for years to come.
